BILLYROASTER was founded in 2022 as a coffee roastery deeply inspired by the spirit of the 1950s–70s Space Age—an era defined by optimism for the future, boldness, and a strong sense of freedom, which gave rise to many iconic creations.

Blending this spirit with over a decade of coffee experience, BILLYROASTER explores the full range of flavor possibilities through roasting. We aim to bring new expressions and experiences to coffee, while continuing our own interpretation of the Space Age spirit in the present day.
