PRODUCTS & SERVICES
► Whole Bean Only: To ensure the best freshness and flavor, Billy Roaster only provides coffee in "Whole Bean" form. We do not offer coffee grinding services.
► Freshly Roasted: Orders are roasted in the order they are received. For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, dispatch will be postponed to the following business day.
ORDER & CONTRACT
► Contract Formation: A binding contract is only formed when your order is dispatched and a "Shipping Confirmation" email is sent.
► Right to Cancel: Billy Roaster reserves the right to cancel orders and issue refunds in the event of pricing errors, stock shortages, or technical failures.
SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

► Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or the address provided.

► Food Regulations: According to law, coffee beans are perishable goods and are not eligible for returns once dispatched.
► Defects: Please report any defective items within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence.
