Shipping, Payment & Returns

Billy Roaster ensures maximum flavor by roasting every order to request. Shipments are dispatched in sequence within 5 business days (excluding Taiwan weekends and public holidays).

DOMESTIC (TAIWAN)

Convenience Store Pickup (7-11 / FamilyMart): Arrives approximately 2–3 days after dispatch.
Black Cat Takkyubin: Arrives approximately 1–3 days after dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL

Available Destinations: Singapore, Hong Kong,Macao, Japan and Germany.
Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao:SF Express (2–4 business days).
Other Regions: EMS (7–21 business days).
Destinations: Please select your country from the dropdown menu at checkout. If your region is not listed, we do not currently offer shipping to that area.
Future Requests: If you cannot find your country, please email roastersbilly@gmail.com. We will consider adding it in the future.
Delays: Actual delivery times are subject to local customs clearance; therefore, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

► Additional Fees: Shipping covers transportation only. All import duties, taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
► Refused Shipments: No refunds will be issued for shipments rejected due to unpaid customs duties or taxes.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Cards: We accept VISA, MASTER, JCB, and UnionPay (American Express is currently not accepted).
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for Taiwan domestic convenience store pickups only.
International Orders: Pre-payment via credit card is required. All transactions are processed via encrypted gateways; we do not store your full credit card information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No Cooling-off Period: According to the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, coffee beans are perishable goods and are exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period. All sales are final unless an incorrect item was shipped.
Incorrect Items: If we ship the wrong item, Billy Roaster will cover the shipping costs and resend the correct product to both domestic and international customers.
Damaged or Defective Goods: Please contact us at roastersbilly@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund based on the specific case.

RETURNED PACKAGES

Storage: Returned international packages will be held for 7 days from the date of receipt at our facility.
Reshipping: If you wish to reship a returned package, the customer must pay the additional shipping fees. Please contact roastersbilly@gmail.com for assistance.

REFUNDS

Notification: Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the package to be eligible for a refund.
Condition: Items must be undamaged, unopened, and in original packaging for a full refund. Otherwise, only a partial refund will be provided.
Costs: Customers are responsible for all costs associated with potential returns (e.g., shipping and duties).
