About Biome Coffee

Biome Coffee is one of the most recognized specialty coffee processing and exporting organizations in Myanmar. The company operates processing facilities in both Pyin Oo Lwin and Ywangan, Shan State, while collaborating with approximately 15 groups of coffee producers. Through continuous research and innovation in post-harvest processing, Biome carefully manages every stage from cherry selection and fermentation to drying and grading, striving to showcase the purest and most distinctive characteristics of Myanmar coffee.

In addition to quality control, Biome actively shares processing knowledge and technical expertise with local producers, helping them improve coffee quality while fostering long-term and stable partnerships throughout the region.

This lot was produced by the Shwe Sann producer group in Pyin Oo Lwin and processed under the quality management and post-harvest expertise of Biome Coffee.

The coffee showcases the refined character that is characteristic of the Pyin Oo Lwin highlands. Benefiting from the region's favorable climate and consistent cherry maturation, it offers a clean and balanced cup profile with a sweet foundation of nuts, cocoa, honey, and black tea. Layers of citrus, stone fruits, and floral notes further contribute to its bright, elegant, and well-structured complexity.
