The Tri-Up team ordered special sun-dried beans in 2023. Believing that altitude would have a certain impact on coffee, they decided to order Geisha beans grown at an altitude of over 1,600 meters.

The Boquet plot is more likely to bring out the floral aroma of coffee and a more distinct acidity personality.

This batch of coffee beans is a blend of three late-harvest batches harvested at approximately 1,600 meters. Amber differs from Glaze in that it uses a single-layer sun drying process. After the whole berries are picked, they are placed directly in a low-temperature drying room for slow drying.

Our direct fire roasting brings out a very sweet flavor. Its uniqueness, rarity and flavor are just as its name suggests, making it a light and clean jewel-like coffee bean.
